Rybak's Ice Cream Store has been a quiet staple in Port Austin for as long as anyone can remember. We don't buy pre-made bases or cut corners. Every batch starts from scratch — cream, eggs, sugar, and real flavorings — and we churn it slowly so the texture comes out exactly right.

Our flavors change with the seasons. Some are classics you grew up with. Others are experiments that surprised even us. Either way, every scoop carries the same promise: we wouldn't serve anything we wouldn't eat ourselves.
